Designed with beginners and budget-conscious anglers in mind, the Caius C combines Shimano casting technologies with a versatile 7.2:1 gear ratio for a wide range of freshwater applications.
Its Variable Brake System (VBS) helps control spool speed during the cast, reducing backlash and making it easier to develop casting confidence. The Super Free Spool design helps minimize friction for smoother, longer casts, while the thin-walled aluminum S3D spool helps reduce vibration during the cast.
